I work with founders and teams who build with purpose and heart, and I coach women in tech and corporate who are ready to stop shrinking. Let's be honest: tech has too often been shaped by the same voices, chasing the same outcomes, and it shows.
I've spent 15+ years building digital products that make a difference, from healthcare platforms helping people manage their health to tools that improve financial literacy and simplify subscriptions. My work ranges from life-saving medical apps to complex enterprise systems.
I've guided teams from messy concepts to successful launches and co-founded Slovenia's first school for digital product design. Over the years I noticed the biggest blocks were rarely technical. That led me to coach training, women's circles and shadow work, and to the inner side of the work I do today.
My turning point was personal. Three years ago, my divorce showed me a pattern I'd been living everywhere: unspoken needs, quiet resentment, anger I couldn't feel, and a deep need to be useful, chosen and needed. At work, more responsibility felt like a reward. Seeing that changed everything, and it's the work I now do with other women.
